A tricky one for pharmacists most definitely. Is it dysmenorrhea or menorrhagia, polyps, PCOS breakthrough, endometriosis, adnexal pathology, fibroids, ectopic pregnancy, intrauterine pregnancy, perforated IUD, corpus luteum, mittelschmerz ….and the list goes on. Complicated even for the gynos.
