Incident support service in high demand

Demand for PDL’s incident support has risen to the highest level ever

PDL’s incident support service has now reached the highest demand it has ever seen in the history of the organisation – we were established more than 100 years ago in 1912 as the first national pharmacy body.

Operated 24/7 around the clock the incident support service is dedicated solely to PDL members to provide confidential professional advice, legal expertise and peer support.

Unparalleled in Australia it tangibly reduces the likelihood of an incident becoming a claim, but more importantly, minimises incident harm.

PDL is a member’s mutual, not for profit organisation and 100% owned by our pharmacist members who work across a range of roles in the profession including; community pharmacists, hospital, clinical, research, corporate, academic, pharmacy interns and students.

We protect our members and act in support of the pharmacy profession.

Is this one of those adverted disguised as news?
No numbers mentioned, proportional to number of scripts dispensed etc.

Definitely an ad, poorly disguised. I was hoping for some interesting figures as well…
