Forum: Caution When Giving Cough and Cold Products to Kids

Further news from the USA regarding the risks of OTC cough and cold remedies for children – the FDA had previously advised that children <2yrs should not receive any cough and cold product that contains a decongestant or antihistamine because of the possibility of serious life-threatening side effects. The latest guidance recommends caution when treating children over 2 years.”
