An AusPharm member writes: “Am I missing something? the new scheme of requiring patients accessing the scheme to have a six monthly review is staggered based on when the patient first obtained supplies under the new scheme.
How am I supposed to deal with the patients who now come in for supplies only to be told that they are no longer current on the NDSS website and need to see a GP to renew their form. patients on strips may be able to wait for their next gp visit but pump patients often cannot.
is their some reminder service in the NDSS portal that I am missing?”
