Administration errors reported with RSV prevention products


Regulator warns of “product administration errors” in the provision of respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) vaccines and monoclonal antibody medications  Pharmacists urged to plan carefully to prevent dispensing and administration errors related to RSV prevention products.  The Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) noted that it had received 84 reports “of product administration errors related to RSV prevention products”
