TGA sues over alleged cannabis claims

The TGA is suing a cannabis dispensary and pharmacy over material which allegedly contained unlawful advertising claims The Therapeutic Goods Administration says it has commenced proceedings in the Federal Court of Australia against Better Leaf Pty Ltd, Better Life Aussie Pty Ltd, and their sole director Mr Jack Weisberg for the alleged unlawful advertising of
