Forum: Psychologists voice concerns over pharmacists providing mental health services

The letter from the Australian Psychological Society featured in today’s AJP News is as about as ‘Canute-ian’ as it gets.  Dr Roufeil, like some other health professionals who use the appointments system for seeing patients, does not yet seem to ‘get’ that 21st century health consumers need to be able to access their health care needs at their own convenience (when & where they need and from whomever they choose), not at just at certain health professionals’ convenience….”
