No more nicotine advertising

Government repeals legislation authorising pharmacies to advertise the availability of prescription nicotine  Community pharmacies are no longer allowed to promote prescription nicotine products, following the repeal of the Therapeutic Goods (Restricted and Prohibited Representations – Nicotine Permission (No 2) 2021).  In a statement issued on 17 January, the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) highlighted the legislation,
