The WA government must commit to the statewide rollout of Partnered Pharmacist Medication Charting, say hospital pharmacists Advanced Pharmacy Australia (AdPha) has congratulated Western Australia’s Cook Labor government, following its landslide re-election earlier this month. AdPha is now calling on the Cook government to commit to the statewide rollout of Partnered Pharmacist Medication Prescribing (PPMP)
