Pharmacy owner ‘acted in contempt’ of health department: tribunal


A unregistered pharmacy owner supplied at least 15,000 pharmaceutical benefits since his approval to supply them was cancelled, a tribunal has heard The Administrative Appeals Tribunal has heard a request by the Secretary of the Department of Health to revoke a stay of cancellation, after the pharmacist kept trading after he was told to stop.
