TWC aims for 500

TerryWhite Chemmart has announced a plan for network growth and a ‘Performance Promise’ in a joint statement with parent company EBOS

In the week prior to TerryWhite Chemmart’s pharmacist education event, Masterclass, TerryWhite Chemmart CEO Duncan Phillips released details of a strategy the group has named ‘TWC Plus’ to grow its network to over 500 in the coming 12 months.

“We have carved out a significant growth trajectory adding 16 new stores to the network over the last six months so the capacity for further growth is already there,” said Mr Phillips

“We are committed to seeing TerryWhite Chemmart grow and continue with the success that we’ve seen over the past 12 months. We have the platform to attract a significant number of new pharmacies.”

John Cullity, CEO of EBOS – said he is pleased with the brand’s performance to date and commended the work of the TWC leadership team and network partners for the success over the last 12 months.

“As we recently detailed in our half year results, our healthcare business has been progressing strongly and we have been very pleased with the growth and performance of the TerryWhite Chemmart business.

“Increased brand awareness, customer satisfaction and new programmes with Qantas Frequent Flyer, Bupa and Afterpay have contributed enormously to growth in sales for the pharmacies,” said Mr Cullity.

“TerryWhite Chemmart is certainly well positioned for further growth and Symbion is committed to supporting the brand reach its target of over 500 pharmacies in next 12 months.”
