THERE SEEMS TO BE AN ACCOUNT ALREADY IN MY NAME, MEANING I CANNOT REGISTER MYSELF. I GET AN ERROR MESSAGE WHEN I TRY TO REGISTER

If there is already an account registered with your details (whether current or old) and/or an Ahpra number, you will receive an error message when trying to register.  This is to prevent you from registering again when you already have an account.  It’s best to just have one account to prevent login confusion and CPD issues.

You received the error message as you already have an account, now it’s a matter of logging in on the existing account.

If you think you have never logged in and need to set a password or need to re-set a password see: the Forgot password link (for setting a password or re-setting a password).
