Amendment to simplify PBS approval process

Proposed changes to deliver quicker decisions for new pharmacy applications  Legislative reforms proposed by the government will simplify regulations around where new pharmacies can be approved to supply Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS) medicines.   The Health Legislation Amendment (Improved Medicare Integration and Other Measures) Bill 2025, includes measures that would reduce the timeframe the Minister
