Compounder fined over alleged unlawful advertising


TGA issues infringement notices to two Victorian companies in relation to alleged contraventions of the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989  Elixir Compounding Pharmacy and Elixir Centre for Wellness have been issued infringement notices totalling $59,400, over alleged unlawful advertising of therapeutic goods.  The Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) confirmed that both businesses paid the fine this month
