Telehealth tied to lower antibiotic prescribing

Do doctors feel more pressure to prescribe antibiotics in face-to-face settings? Australian researchers investigated GPs who frequently used telehealth wrote fewer antibiotic scripts than their professional peers, an Australian study found.   The study from researchers at the Melbourne Institute, Monash University, University of Technology Sydney and Deakin University analysed Medicare data from during and
