Illegal prescribing – alien doctor fined

Unregistered doctor has Valentine’s Day to forget with £5 fine for illegal prescribing  It’s February 1946 and the Australasian Journal of Pharmacy is reporting that an Austrian-trained medic has fallen foul of the law.  The AJP reported that Emil Huth of Rose Bay, NSW, “was fined a total of £5 at Paddington Court on 14 February, on two charges of illegally
