CPD recommended for plumbers after top pharmacist’s death

A plumber has been referred to SafeWork NSW following the death of an award-winning pharmacist from burns An inquest into the death of Judith Ingham OAM has seen coroner Rebecca Hosking recommend that Michael King, operational manager of Hillier Plumbing, be referred to SafeWork NSW for investigation. Ingham was honoured in 2021 for her services
