Court dissolves pharmacy partnership

Receivers appointed to a Queensland pharmacy after a partnership dispute ended up in court  Pharmacy owners going into partnership are being urged to negotiate and sign a "workable, practical and tailored" agreement, in the wake of a decision by the Supreme Court of Queensland.   Justice Paul Freeburn has ordered the dissolution of the ownership partnership
