The Pharmacy Guild of Australia does not own the Australian Journal of Pharmacy (AJP); PDL owns the AJP, via its publishing subsidiary APPco.
APPco, the publisher of the AJP, is a fully owned subsidiary of Pharmaceutical Defence Limited (PDL). PDL is 100% owned by its pharmacist members.
PDL is not a related body corporate of either Guild Insurance or the Pharmacy Guild of Australia (“the Guild”).
