Please note that the AJP website keeps a record of your completed AJP CPD activities; however, we do not keep a record of the CPD credits you have earned elsewhere—websites run by the PSA, the ACP and GuildEd can do that.
CPD credits that you earn by completing AJP CPD activities on the AJP website can be added to your CPD record if it is housed on one of those websites (PSA, ACP or GuildEd).
1) Via the AJP website
To earn Group Two CPD credits, simply complete the assessment (quiz) at the end of each CPD activity then print the associated certificate of completion via this website for your records. Each quiz states how many questions you need to answer correctly to pass. You can have two attempts to get the requisite number of correct answers.
For a record of your completed AJP CPD activities, go to My CPD Activities. CPD credits that you earn by completing AJP CPD activities on the AJP website can be added to CPD records that are housed on the PSA, ACP or GuildEd websites.
2) Via the PSA website
PSA members can submit answers online at psa.org.au and follow the link to submit answers.
3) CHANGES FROM JULY 2024: GuildEd & Australasian College of Pharmacy
Guild Learning and Development (GuildEd) and the Australasian College of Pharmacy (ACP) have advised that they will no longer host assessments for new AJP CPD activities published from July 2024 on their websites.
However, assessments for all AJP CPD activities published up to and including June 2024 will continue to be available on the GuildEd and College websites until the CPD accreditation for each activity expires.
For AJP CPD activities published up to and including June 2024:
Australian pharmacists can continue to access all AJP CPD activities via both the AJP and PSA websites, as per 1) and 2) above.
Australian pharmacists can submit answers at no charge via the Guild Learning and Development website, guilded.guild.org.au. Once logged into your account, click on the ‘Course list’ drop down menu and select either ‘Journal Assessment’ or ‘Full course list’. Then use the search tool to find the AJP Journal Assessments.
Australian pharmacists can submit answers at no charge via the Australasian College of Pharmacy website. You must be registered with the College to access the CPD assessments. You will need to enter your log in details to access a CPD assessment. Visit acp.edu.au to register and log in. Once logged in, click on the ‘CPD Login & Library’ to choose a CPD activity or search the title of one of the CPD activities listed to enrol.
