The forgot password link can help you set your password for the first time and to reset your password.
If you have forgotten your password and need to reset it, please follow the steps below:
1. Go to the login page which is located under the ‘MY ACCOUNT’ menu item in the menu bar.
2. Click the Forgot Password? link which is located under the login button.
3. Enter the email address or username for your AJP website account and click the “Get New Password” button.
4. You will be sent a Password Reset email that will allow you to reset your password (NB: the email may arrive in your junk folder so please check junk if you don’t receive an email directly in your inbox).*
5. Click the link in the Password Reset email.
6. After you click the link in the Password Reset email you will be taken to a page where you will be able to enter your new password. Enter your new password and click the “Save Password” button.
7. Go to the login page and log in with your new password.
*To ensure you receive our emails please add “@ajp.com.au” to your email whitelist/allowlist. If you have not received your email within a few minutes check your junk folder. If you still do not receive the email, emails from AJP may be blocked by your email service provider; please contact them to check if emails are blocked from admin@ajp.com.au.
