There are several issues that sit outside of the AJP website that can cause recurring login issues.
We understand that login issues, particularly when recurring, can be a source of frustration.
The most common issues, that sit outside of the AJP website, are related to website browsers, saved passwords and syncing issues.
To troubleshoot this yourself:
See below some ideas that you or trusted staff member/friend or family may be able to try.

Issue: I’m having recurring login and password issues and need further assistance from the AJP.
Browser: are you always logging in with the same browser?
If you are using different browsers, you may need to save your password to the browsers you commonly use.
It’s useful to know what your default browser is on your device and save your password to that browser and then use that browser to always log in to the AJP website.
Devices (PC, laptop, phone etc): are you logging in with several devices?
If your device passwords aren’t set to sync or they are not syncing correctly you may need to save your password to each different device you use.
Cookies: may need to be enabled or cleared, and please make sure you are not browsing in private mode
- If you are having to log in with every page view, it would suggest that cookies may be blocked in the browser settings. The AJP site uses a browser cookie to store the login info so please enable cookies on your device.
- If cookies are enabled, try clearing the cookies. This will delete the old cookies. You will need to log in again and your browser will store the new cookie.
- Private browsing – Check if you are not browsing in private. If you are using private browsing, ‘private’ shows next to the ajp.com.au URL. If so, try switching private off.
