Old email address / update email

Login issues and reset password issues can be created due to having an old email address saved on your account.

Issue: I have logged into the AJP website before, but now I’m unable to log in.

Password recently updated

There are several issues that sit outside of the AJP website that can cause login issues to do with saved passwords.  This can be related to browser or sync issues

If you have saved your password previously, it will be saved to the web browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Safari etc.) that you were using at the time.

When you updated your password, if it did not get updated correctly in your browser, it can cause the wrong password to auto fill into the AJP login form.

To troubleshoot this yourself:

You can search ‘how to check/update my browser passwords’. Choose information appropriate for your browser.

You may be able to get a trusted staff member, friend or family to help you ensure your browser password is up to date.
