I’VE LOGGED IN BEFORE BUT I CAN NO LONGER LOG IN

Several issues can cause this problem.  Some may sit within the scope of the AJP website and some sit outside our website.

Email address recently updated

If you have recently updated your email address with either PDL or AJP, there can be an issue.  If you feel this may be the case, please email help@appco.com.au.

Issue: I’m a current PDL member, and have updated my email address recently. Now I cannot login on the AJP website.

Password recently updated

There are several issues that sit outside of the AJP website that can cause login issues to do with saved passwords.  Browser and sync issues can be related to this. 

If you have saved your password previously, it will be saved to the web browser that you were using at the time (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Safari etc.).

When you updated your password, if it did not get updated correctly in your browser, it can cause the wrong password to auto fill into the AJP login form.

To troubleshoot this yourself:

You can search ‘how to check/update my browser passwords’. Choose information appropriate for the web browser you are using to login on the AJP.

You may be able to get a trusted staff member/friend or family to help you ensure your browser password is up to date.
