1. Re-set password email may have gone to junk folder
Once you have gone through the Forgot password? process, the instruction email should come to your email inbox within a few minutes; if not, please check your junk folder.*
2. Reset password email could be caught in spam filter
Sometimes the email might be caught up in the spam filter installed by your organisation or your email account provider.
If this could be the case, you could whitelist @ajp.com.au to make sure our emails get through to your inbox.
3. Repeatedly tried to reset my password with no success – ‘stuck in loop’
A loop may happen if you have tried several times to reset your password ie you may be using a previous reset link instead of the current one.
If this could be the case, please:
- close all the browser tabs you have open
- wait 15 minutes
- reopen just one browser tab with https://ajp.com.au/login/
- try the Forgot password? link again.
*To ensure you receive our emails please add “@ajp.com.au” to your email whitelist/allowlist. If you have not received your email within a few minutes check your junk folder.
