The TGA has handed $53,280 worth of infringement notices to a company for the alleged export, supply and advertising of counterfeit erectile dysfunction medicines The Therapeutic Goods Administration has said in a statement that it issued the infringement notices to Brisbane-based company Performance Online Services Pty Ltd for allegedly breaching the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989.
