‘Breach of trust’ as pharmacist misappropriates alprazolam

A pharmacist misappropriated more than 33,000 alprazolam tablets… and much of it remained unaccounted for The Pharmacy Board has issued a statement about a pharmacist who was convicted on criminal charges for the misappropriation of a significant quantity of alprazolam tablets from eight pharmacies where he had worked. The pharmacist’s registration was later cancelled following
