Manual entry a factor in e-script incidents

Electronic prescribing errors linked to practitioners entering patients’ mobile numbers incorrectly, the Australian Digital Health Agency (ADHA) reports  Close to 3000 enquiries have been made to the ADHA relating to e-scripts since they were introduced on 6 May 2020.  Addressing the Medication Safety and Efficiency Conference in Sydney last week, Vicki Ibrahim, the director of
