CWH confirms alleged counterfeit perfumes pulled from sale

Voluntary decision to remove fragrances which Victoria’s Secrets claim are knock-offs now formalised in undertaking to court Chemist Warehouse (CWH) has confirmed to the Federal Court it has removed from sale all perfumes which are currently claimed by Victoria’s Secrets to be counterfeits of its products, as the legal action over the issue moves forward.
