Forum: Your Home Address

“I have noticed that a number of forms require certifiers to fill in some fairly personal information, such as date of birth and electoral roll address.

While I’m not too sensitive about birthdays from a vanity point of view, Birthdates are sometimes used as identifying questions by banks and such.

I do draw the line at giving out my mobile number and home address. One form I was presented with actually asked for a photocopy of the witnesses passport! I’m afraid I had to decline that request (sorry British Consulate).

I wonder if the Police give out their home addresses?”
