Forum: ID for Meds Assist?

”What is everyone doing with ID when an agent comes in asking for OTC codeine supply? It appears some pharmacies are requesting the ID for the actual patient for any future supplies and documenting this in the dispensing history and not using MedsAssist and others are using the agent’s ID in MedsAssist ?
