“How would you go about dealing with a very regular customer you caught stealing. Footage clearly shows her deliberately wrapping a cosmetic up in her tissue, and putting it in her handbag (right under our camera.. very clear footage). She leaves the store, comes back 10 minutes later after seeing a Dr and I confront her;
