Government rolls back on Prescription-Only vapes

Greens force government to ease vape legislation to allow adults to buy e-cigarettes without a prescription, in a move slammed by the Guild Pharmacies will be the only retailers authorised to sell nicotine vaping products from next Monday (1 July 2024). However, needing the Greens’ support to get legislation through the Senate, Labor has eased
