Labor backs calls to protect medicinal cannabis patients


State government gives “in-principle support” for amendments to allow medicinal cannabis users to drive  Legislation aimed at protecting patients using prescribed medicinal cannabis from losing their drivers licence if they test positive for delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), has received tacit support from the Victorian state government.  Speaking in the Victorian Legislative Council on Wednesday (31 July 2024)
