Heads of hospital pharmacy departments need to deliver training programs that enable pharmacists to bring their skills to specialist multi-disciplinary teams, students told  Traditional models of hospital pharmacy leadership are not sustainable, Alfred Health director of pharmacy, Professor Michael Dooley, says.    Speaking at the Pharmaceutical Society of Australia’s (PSA’s) conference in Sydney earlier this
