Man guilty of holding himself out as medical practitioner


Anyone with information regarding a man who pretended to be a general practitioner is asked to get in touch with the regulator The Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra) has prosecuted a man for holding himself out as a registered medical practitioner in contravention of section 116 of the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law 2010.
