Pharmacist faces forgery charges


Queensland’s health ombudsman has taken immediate action against a pharmacist, including banning her from having her own personal medicines dispensed in a workplace Conditions have been imposed on the pharmacist’s registration, including that she not prescribe, possess, supply, administer, handle, dispense, access, dispose or check – including as emergency treatment supplies or doctor’s bag stock
