The Pharmacy Guild of Australia Business Support team is offering Pharmacy Connect delegates a private consultation to understand their pathway to pharmacy transformation
National Manager Business Support at The Pharmacy Guild of Australia, Natalie Smith, said that community pharmacies are increasingly being asked to review their processes, services and wider resources to meet changing market conditions.
“Pharmacy transformation is about making fundamental changes to how you conduct your business to meet shifts in the market now, and to anticipate the future needs of your community,” she said.
“Transformation doesn’t necessarily mean moving from supplying medicines; rather, incorporating professional services that protect, complement and add value, to provide an integrated health solution.”
The free 20 minute consultations will outline tools to support businesses in their pharmacy transformation journey.
“The first step in transformation, is to truly understand where opportunities may exist. The private consultations will outline a number of tools available to understand business needs and potential opportunities.
“Additionally, participants will understand how to commence their pharmacy transformation journey, and how supported change management programs can facilitate sustainable change to ensure desired business outcomes.
“The private consultations are an excellent opportunity to connect with transformation experts, and ask questions directly relating to your business,” Ms Smith said.
Consultations are available to all Pharmacy Connect delegates, by booking online at: www.bookitlive.net/HealthAdvicePlus
