Pharmacy fined over ‘alleged’ cannabis production


Queensland-based pharmacy cops $75,000 fine over alleged “unlawful manufacturing of medicinal cannabis products”  The Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) has issued four infringement notices to the Caloundra-based Summit Pharmacy Pty Ltd in relation to suspected breaches of the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989.   The fines totalling $75,120 were issued after an investigation contducted by the TGA
