Pharmacy owner hit with Ministerial legal bill


Federal Court affirms unsuccessful challenge to Health Minister's discretionary powers must be paid by applicant A pharmacy owner who opposed the Health Minister’s discretionary power in allowing pharmaceutical benefits to be supplied from a premises just 60 metres from the nearest approved pharmacy will have to pay the Minister's legal costs after the challenge failed.
