Teething powder recall


Concerns over a packaging fault are behind a recall of a single batch of a product used to relieve discomfort in teething infants  A fragment of glass found in a bottle of Weleda Baby Teething Powder has prompted Weleda Australia to issue a product recall.   The Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) noted the recall, saying
