TGA goes hard after vaping companies in courts

Regulator has run two parallel Federal Court actions against alleged illegal vaping organisations since mid-2022 As the government announces even tougher legislation on vaping, the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) has two running battles in the Federal Court with companies allegedly selling and advertising vape products illegally seemingly aimed at making an example out of them.
