TGA announces recall of two batches of a supplement used to relieve constipation  Phytologic Holdings is recalling two batches of Henry Blooms Herb-a-lax 200 gram dried herb powder, after insects were found in bottles.  Both affected batches (#22108402 and #22108403) of the product (AUST L 23408), which claims to relieve constipation and improve “bowel regularity”,
