A pharmacist has been sentenced after pleading guilty over making fake PBS claims The Department of Health and Aged Care has issued a statement about NSW pharmacist Felix Chan, who has been handed a two-year custodial sentence by the Queanbeyan District Court. Mr Chan had pleaded guilty to defrauding taxpayers of almost $290,000 by lodging
