WA to join Tasmania in banning OTC vapes


State health minister makes more to restrict access to nicotine vaping products  Western Australia is set to implement regulations overriding the federal government’s move to down-schedule vapes to Pharmacist-Only from 1 October 2024.  The move would see WA follow Tasmania’s lead in prohibiting the sale of vapes over-the-counter (OTC) in pharmacies, following the Commonwealth’s decision
