Wesfarmers’ InstantScripts hit with fines of almost $3/4 mill

TGA says company allegedly advertised prescription-only drugs as part of its telehealth services Wesfarmers’ owned telehealth operation InstantScripts has been hit with fines of $742,500 for “alleged unlawful advertising of prescription-only medicines”, the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) has announced. But Wesfarmers were fast to respond noting that "the allegations relate to matters that arose prior
