Sigma out of the race for API

Sigma Healthcare has announced that it will not proceed with its proposal to merge with API The wholesaler made the announcement on Friday, following a series of gambits made by both Sigma and the retail giant Wesfarmers, a part owner of Coles. Sigma had lodged a non-binding proposal on 27 September 2021 to merge with
