A terrific speaker who you will inspire pharmacists on the key role they will play with biologics and biosimilars.

This year we are thrilled to announce Australian alternative rock group Regurgitator as the headline act for the Street Party. Regurgitator will rock the main arena with well-known hits ‘Polyester Girl’, ‘Black Bugs’ and ‘My Friend Robot’. 20. The Customer Experience Index

(Sunday AM) – The Customer Experience Index (Sunday AM) This key session is part of the Management and Operations Customer Service Stream on the Sunday of APP. I recommend one of your pharmacy team attend this stream and another staff member attend the ‘Pharmacy in 2025 stream’. In this specific session they will discuss what are your customers saying about your pharmacy? Do you know what customers are saying about your pharmacy? The Customer Experience Index (CEI) is a business enhancement tool launched by the Guild which allows you to look at your business through the eyes of your customer.
