New amoxicillin substitution amendments introduced as health system tries to deal with the ongoing shortage of the medicine The federal Department of Health and Aged Care has announced amendments to legislation allowing pharmacists to substitute announced that the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) had issued the Therapeutic Goods (Serious Scarcity and Substitutable Medicine) (Amoxicillin) Instrument 2022.
