Wesfarmers buys InstantScripts for $135m


Telehealth operation to fall under API as retail giant embarks upon health expansion Telehealth business InstantScripts has been bought by the now Wesfarmers-owned Australian Pharmaceutical Industries for $135 million. In a statement the company said the deal acquiring “one of Australia’s leading telehealth businesses” would see InstantScripts become part of the Wesfarmers Health division. Rumours
